The camper was purchased used in 2018. It was previously owned by an elderly couple who after 6 months wanted one that had a washer and dryer built in. We have made one modification to slide #2. This slide has the large refrigerator and stove. We were advise to install a permanent awning and leave slide out#2 permanently in the out position. It has been this way for the last 4-5 yrs. We have had no issues since. The furnace was repaired once and a new skylight was installed this spring. The previous one was damaged shoveling snow off this past winter. We have kept the camper clean and completely maintained every year. The deck is 12’ x 20’ . Using the studio couch on the deck a total of 7 people can sleep comfortably. Oh, the mattress is a king size Beauty Rest and is 5 yrs. old.
